Chocolate Chip Blondies from In Good Taste
Christmas is in two days and in all likelihood, you will eat cookies over the next two days. And if for some crazy, freakish reason you don’t eat cookies, you’ll probably at least see cookies somewhere.
Just maybe, you’ll need to make cookies because your boss gave you a present and you didn’t get her one, or your mother-in-law sent you an email subtly asking what you’re bringing to Christmas dinner even though she told you last week that you didn’t need to make anything.
In any event, no one doesn’t like cookies (well, no one shouldn’t like cookies).
So if you’re in a pinch, try some of these festive holiday treats and nobody will ever know that you were feeling the Christmas crunch.
