Favorite “Drunk Salsa”
Just in time for summer entertaining, we love La Fundidora’s Ravenswood “Salsa Borracha” and “Salsa Macha.” They’re made fresh in Mexico City according to traditional Mexican recipes, updated only by the addition of smoky and fruit-driven wines. The “Salsa Borracha,” a large jar of red salsa is perfect for dipping chips and veggies, made from roasted ancho chile peppers and tomatoes. The addicting “Salsa Macha,” is a paste made from fried guajillo chiles, is a delicious spread for burgers and more, but also delicious on French fries and other finger foods.
