Smoked Salmon, Cucumber & Creamy Swiss Tea Sandwiches

Serves: 12 sandwiches
- 12 slices thinly sliced white or whole wheat bread
- 6 wedges of The Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss, Garlic and Herb cheese
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced (I used my spiralizer and cut the slices to fit the bread)
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- Place bread slices on a flat surface and spread six pieces with The Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss, Garlic and Herb cheese -- use one wedge per sandwich.
- Top with thinly sliced cucumbers and a piece of smoked salon. Top with remaining slices of bread.
- If desired, trim crusts from sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles with a serrated knife and serve immediately.
