Smoked Salmon, Cucumber & Creamy Swiss Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 12 slices thinly sliced white or whole wheat bread
  • 6 wedges of The Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss, Garlic and Herb cheese
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced (I used my spiralizer and cut the slices to fit the bread)
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
Instructions
  1. Place bread slices on a flat surface and spread six pieces with The Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss, Garlic and Herb cheese -- use one wedge per sandwich.
  2. Top with thinly sliced cucumbers and a piece of smoked salon. Top with remaining slices of bread.
  3. If desired, trim crusts from sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles with a serrated knife and serve immediately.
