4 miniature packages OREO cookies (sub chocolate chip if desired)
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 12 jumbo muffin cups on a baking sheet.
In large bowl, beat dry cake mix and orange soda with electric mixer on low speed until blended, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Divide batter among cups.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to cooling rack to cool completely, about 1 hour.
In a large bowl, combine frosting and three of the four bags of crushed cookies. Frost cupcakes and top with additional cookies.
