Elderberry Ginger Pecan Parfaits

Ingredients
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup Elderberry Ginger Pecan Jam
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 6-ounce containers plain 2% Greek-style yogurt
  • ½-1 cups fresh berries (such as blackberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberries)
  • Honey (optional garnish)
Instructions
  1. Arrange two parfait glasses and place one tablespoon of jam into the bottom of each one. In each glass, place ⅔ cup of yogurt (or one individual container) and top with an additional tablespoon of jam. Finish each parfait with ¼ cup of granola and ¼ - ½ cup of fresh berries. Drizzle with honey, if desired.
