Raspberry Pecan Square Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 package store bought sugar cookie dough
  • 1 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1½ cups pecans, toasted and chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the dough into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan (either use butter or cooking spray) and spread the cookie dough across the bottom, using your fingertips. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool until cookie is just slightly warm to the touch.
  2. Spread the marmalade over the cookie. Sprinkle with nuts. Let sit about an hour before slicing into 12 bars or squares.
