Ingredients
6 tablespoons mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)
1 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cup fresh blueberries
2 Gala apples
¼ cup chopped, toasted walnuts
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Mix in the apple, blueberries and walnuts. Serve on a bed of fresh greens, if desired.
