1 cup of honey (more or less depending on how sweet you want)
1 ½ cup of unshelled salted pistachios (put in plastic baggie and crush pistachios into small bits)
Instructions
Put shelled pistachios into a big plastic baggie and surround that by another plastic baggie and begin smashing the pistachios with a wooden spoon until the nuts are broken into tinier pieces.
Place dried apricots on a big serving plate (no overlapping). Drizzle honey equally over all of the apricots. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios over all of the apricots - the goal is make sure the pistachios stick to the honey on the apricots.
