Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 ½-pounds Open Nature Air Chilled Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2-10 ounce cans tomatoes with mild green chilies (I used Rotel)
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Place the beans and tomatoes in the slow cooker and season with the chili powder, cumin and garlic powder.
  2. Season chicken with pinch of salt and pepper, place in the crock pot and cover.
  3. Cook on high 4 hours. Remove chicken from crock pot and shred with two forks.
  4. To serve, warm the taco shells according to package directions. Fill with equal amounts of chicken mixture. Top with your favorite toppings.
