I threw together farfalle, fire-roasted tomatoes, chickpeas, lemon vinaigrette, and feta to appease my raging appetite. It was a bit random, but it worked!

The last thing that I made was last night for a work christmas party. It is a Tazaki dip that has cucumbers, Dill, Mint and Greek Yogurt. Very creamy.

Last night I cooked a Puerto Rican(ish) feast with a friend. We had Spicy Peach-glazed pork chops, pink beans and rice, a spinach salad with craisins and raspberry vinaigrette, and ciabatta. For dessert we made coffee liqueur brownies with dark chocolate chips, and for drinks we had coquito (Puerto Rican egg nog). It was excellent! I look forward to polishing off the leftovers, though I'll need some help with the coquito.
