		<description><![CDATA[<p>Here&#8217;s the thing about being 32 and single: the same hotels or resorts that make for a beautiful solo vacay are perfect for a romantic weekend of sun and fun with a special someone. Luckily, when you&#8217;re in a place like Delray Beach &#8212; more specifically, The Seagate Hotel &#38; Spa &#8212; it absolutely doesn&#8217;t matter.  The Seagate is a luxurious retreat that offers the comforts of a resort with the intimacy of a boutique hotel, befitting for a solo getaway, a girls&#8217; weekend or a couples&#8217; getaway.  Beyond the charming, beach-chic façade, there are so many features at The Seagate that I will probably think about until I find my way back to Delray Beach, located about halfway between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. The property is contemporary and comfortable, with guest rooms touting modern features, a full-service spa and fitness center, a beautiful private pool, six distinctive dining venues, and plenty of Florida beachfront charm. The lobby theme can only be described as &#8220;aquatic&#8221; which made it an extra-fun foray for this Chicagoan in the dead of winter. You can&#8217;t beat the location, either, with the main building located about four blocks from the ocean and a short walk from the main strip in Delray Beach, [&#8230;]</p>
