		<description><![CDATA[<p>Lately I&#8217;ve been on an eat-healthier-workout-more kick and having embarked on a great many of these phases over the past few years, I can tell you that I don&#8217;t know exactly what &#8220;works&#8221; but I do know what doesn&#8217;t work for me: eating &#8220;diet&#8221; food. No matter how much low-fat this, fat-free that I try to buy, it just doesn&#8217;t get eaten.
