		<description><![CDATA[<p>As much as I would like to cook breakfast every day, I can tell you without hesitation that it happens roughly 1% of the time. I love eggs, but eggs require cooking and cooking requires the washing of dishes and none of those things really need to happen before work on a weekday. To keep you from doing any unnecessary cooking on workday mornings, I&#8217;ve partnered with Special K Red Berries to talk a little bit about how a healthy breakfast can fit easily into your morning routine. I&#8217;ve gone through many phases of breakfast over the course of my life: in high school, it was whatever I could eat in the car and generally something that came from the freezer section of the grocery store. In college, I often skipped breakfast altogether and at my first job, I had oatmeal sweetened with a little bit of maple syrup every. single. day.
