For those of you who are inclined to do so, mint is easy to grow, but can be invasive if you plant it in a garden bed. It's a perennial plant and will come back each year without any effort on your part. I would suggest getting a packet of seeds and planting them in a large pot on your patio. You may have to thin the seedlings once they sprout, but you'll have more than enough mint to make plenty of mojitos. Enjoy!
