My now husband came down to Texas to visit and I thought Iwould make him chicken fried steak since it is a big thing there.  Well, I was going to attempt to make the gravy from scratch, but I burned up the grease from the steak and it was a done deal.  The place was SSMMMOOOKKKEEYYY!  Sad day...
