This looks great, I make a similar tart with fresh plums which should be abundant around this time of the year. But although I make my pastry from scratch, like yourself, I have been hesitant to go free form. Perhaps I should – thanks for inspiring me!

Peaches are probably my favorite fruit and I love to find ways to use them. This galette sounds like a fabulous way to use them and make something yummy.
