This apple crisp sounds incredible and just the perfect thing for a fall day. I’ve never been to an apple festival (though I have been to a blueberry one), and I can definitely agree with you on the hindsight thing and making something different… However, this recipe sounds a LOT better than the blueberry one I tried. 😉
