8 slices smoked salmon (8 ounces or two 4-ounce packages)
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
Parsley, for serving
Cracked black pepper, for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice pizza crust in half and brush with two tablespoons of olive oil. Place crust directly on the rack of the preheated oven and bake about 10 minutes, or until crust is heated through but not browned.
Let crust cool for about 10-15 minutes, or until it's just barely warm to the touch. Spread mascarpone cream cheese over bread and top with smoked salmon, capers and onions. Garnish with cracked black pepper and parsley, if desired.
Slice and serve immediately.
