Loaded Chicken Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4-5 cups TOSTITOS® ORIGINAL tortilla chips (about half a party-size bag)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup canned black beans
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ¼ cup green chilis
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Cilantro, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lightly coat an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick olive oil spray and spread tortilla chips into the baking dish. Arrange cheese, avocado, tomato, chicken, black beans and corn over the chips, tossing as you go so that ingredients are spread throughout.
  3. Transfer dish to oven and bake until cheese has melted and begins to bubble, about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with sour cream, cilantro and black olives.
