Ingredients
  • 1 oz. Hangar One Wild Blueberry
  • 1.5 oz. Blueberry Pomegranate Juice
  • 5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 5 oz. Cointreau
  • Sparkling Rosé Cava (a dash, to taste)
  • Mint Sprig (optional garnish)
  • 6-10 Pomegranate Seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions
  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake and strain into a stemless red wine glass over crushed ice. Top with rosé cava and if desired, garnish with mint sprigs and pomegranate seeds.
