4 tablespoons chocolate peanut butter (bonus: use handmade from Whole Foods)
1 teaspoon crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla rice protein powder
Instructions
Toss all of the ingredients in the blender and start blending. If you feel like the mixture needs more liquid in order to blend properly you can always add more water or juice.
