10 ounces O Organic frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess liquid squeezed out
½ cup O Organics sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup Parmigiano Reggiano
¼ teaspoon O Organics Chopped Garlic
1 cup (4 oz) O Organics shredded Italian cheese blend
Salt and fresh black pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Place in an oven-proof dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly around the edges. Serve immediately.
