Red Pepper Chicken Corn Chowder

- I package Florida Sunshine Red Pepper Corn Chowder
- 5 cups chicken (or vegetable) broth
- 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
- Bring broth to a boil in 3-quart saucepan and add Florida Sunshine Red Pepper Corn Chowder Mix.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
- Add cream, cheese and chopped cilantro and stir to combine. Add chicken and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
- Turn off heat, let stand 5 minutes and serve with additional cilantro.
